The house is designed for an empty property with general orientation south-east-south. The property is about 50,000 m2. It has a large incline and used to have a rather unattractive slope. Its big advantage is that there are no other buildings nearby, so it has been in used in the best possible way. A significant amount of ground-forming works has been completed while the terrain has been planted with different trees and bushes. A large part of it has been divided into three large levels, only one of which is turned into a lawn.

The building is positioned sideways, with a wonderful view of the large lawn. Its large volume, excellently chosen for the terrain, is limited and stylish.

The house is massive, monolithic, with a construction of steel and concrete and brick walls. The joinery is two-layered, with an exotically electric green color.

The wall has been constructed through clean, geometric volumes - two prisms and a cylinder. The lower cylinder, which becomes a visual foundation of the whole building, has a swimming pool and a garage. The other one contains all living quarters, and is positioned at an angle with respect to the first cylinder. At the intersection point emerges the joint-cylinder with a glass-surrounded staircase, piercing through the two vertical volumes. These three elements are skillfully created as flesh and crevices. The stone tiling matches the layering. The chosen form-creation is strongly supported by the roof structure, which is flat over the lower element and the cylinder and two-layered over the highest volume. The layers turn into three parallel lines, which elegantly finish off the composition.

The whole house is craftily constructed in the clean and sparse aesthetics of an eastern hieroglyph, written on the green page of the lawn.
