Reconstruction and restoration of the building - a monument of culture in a bank building in the mode of operation of the banking institution (suggestion: - a cultural monument in one of the bank's operating branches). Modern banking requirements were met in the achievement of adequate functional and spatial adaptation of buildings with high architectural and artistic value.
The project's aim was to preserve the function of the building as a whole and to create the optimal environment for the Bank. Implemented was the idea to harmonize the concept of modern banking and achieve an adequate response in the spatial reconstruction of the existing volume of historical and cultural value.
Implementation of the construction works as part of Architecture included significant changes in terms of reconstructing the roofs, windows, stairways, work stations.
The cultural monument building has been reinforced with a vertical steel structure to the existing foundations. The concrete slab on the fourth floor was also reinforced. External walls were torquetted in order to ensure seismic stability. The existing roof was dismantled, upgraded with one additional floor and new metal roof construction was mounted.
Modernized interior was achieved due to installation of new flooring, cladding, false ceilings, aluminum partitions, new plaster and wallpaper. Working stations on the third and fourth floor were furnished. New heating and electrical systems were built - power, lighting, boards and others. A security system was installed, fire protection, control signaling equipment, video surveillance, access control and telephonisation.
During the course of work, state regulations on the reliability of construction, HBT and CVT, were complied. The site has been submitted to Form.16 Act.
