Opening of a new building on

A new residential building on “Oborishte” Street replaced the Gorgas’ house designed by Fingov and Marichkov.
The newest luxury residential building was opened in Sofia. It is located on Oborishte Str. vis-à-vis the French Embassy and was designed by the architectural bureau "EKSA Art” with Chief Designer Arch. Konstantin Peev. For older generations Sofians it is called Gorgas’ House. The building is a monument of culture.
The building is predominantly residential, with the size of the apartments being between 170 and 250 square meters. There is a bank office and spa center situated on the ground level. Two pools, one of which on the roof are designed. The two-storey underground parking has for 54 parking spots.
